By accessing and using Find Your Barber ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Find Your Barber is a barbershop matching platform that connects users with vetted barber specialists based on their location, preferred date and time, and verified review scores. We facilitate the booking process but are not a barbershop ourselves. The actual haircut service is provided by independent barbershops and barbers in our network.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and truthful information in the booking form (name, phone number, address, date, and time).
• You agree to attend your confirmed appointment or cancel in advance.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service independently.
• You agree not to misuse the Service, including submitting false bookings or spam.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Find Your Barber and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality of barber services, availability of appointments, or accuracy of reviews. While we vet barbers based on verified reviews, we cannot guarantee the outcome of any individual haircut or grooming service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Find Your Barber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking in question.

7. The 5% Discount

The 5% discount is applied automatically to bookings made through Find Your Barber. The discount is provided at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time with notice posted on our website.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, particularly in cases of misuse, fraudulent bookings, or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
